Do I get RHS Member discounts?

Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens is an RHS Partner Garden. This provides free entry from October to February. There are different entry rules depending on whether or not you have an asterisk on your card. Those meeting the following rules will get free entry:

With an asterisk

RHS Members with an asterisk (*) on the BACK or FRONT of their membership card

Individual members

One person from a Joint Membership (indicated by an asterisk * on the membership card. All other persons on the membership policy will need to pay the normal entry fee)

One person with Student Membership

One person from an Individual Life membership

Both members with Joint Life and Senior Joint Life membership

Member 1 on a pink A4 temporary membership receipt (valid for 1 month)

Without an asterisk

Guests: free entry is not applicable to guests. (The 5 RHS gardens offer free entry to a family guest but this does not apply to Partner Gardens)

Group entry: free entry does not apply to members travelling as part of an organised group.

Joint Member 2 (the second member on a Joint policy)

I have a Tesco Days Out Voucher. How do I redeem it?

Please ensure that you have registered your voucher on the Tesco Days Out website first. You can do this for the Subtropical Gardens here and the Swannery here.

Next, head to the Tesco Days Out ticket page, select your booking options, then enter the voucher code when prompted. Our team will then check the voucher is valid and confirm your booking within 48 hours. Please allow enough time before visiting to ensure that your booking is confirmed before you visit.

How do I redeem a discount, voucher or offer?

Please bring proof of your discount, voucher or offer to the entrance date when you visit, and we will issue you with a ticket upon entry. You now no longer need to book tickets online if you have a discount, voucher or offer.,

Making Payments

Payments made on this website are done securely through the Barclaycard interface, via all major card providers. You also have the option to check out via PayPal.

Card payments preferred in our gift shops and coffee shops.
